  1. What this is. Park Weldon (parkweldon.com), run by WeldonPC, is a reminder and record-keeping tool. It does not sell, reserve, validate or pay for parking, and it cannot see any meter, sign or garage system.
  2. The sign decides. Countdowns, reminders and calculator results are based only on what you type. Posted signs, meters, permits and local rules always take priority. You are responsible for parking legally and for any ticket, fee, tow or fine.
  3. Reminders can fail. Phones die, browsers close and calendars get muted. Do not rely on Park Weldon alone where a missed time would be costly.
  4. Your Glovebox. Anyone with your Glovebox link can open it. Keep it private. We cannot recover a lost link. You can delete a Glovebox and everything in it at any time.
  5. Park Pass. $1.95 a month or $19.50 a year, paid through PayPal once payments are switched on (free during preview). It renews until you cancel in PayPal and runs to the end of the period paid for. If the service fails to deliver what the Pass promises, ask WeldonPC for a refund through weldonpc.com/contact.
  6. Fair use. Daily limits stop automated misuse. Do not use the site to store anything unlawful or anyone else's private information.
  7. No warranty. The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, WeldonPC is not liable for parking charges, fines, towing or other losses arising from its use.
  8. Changes. These terms may change; the date above shows the last change. Prices never change for a running Pass period.
