About
A parking notebook, nothing more
Built by WeldonPC in Garfield Heights, Ohio, for the moment you step out of the car and think "I will remember this".
Park Weldon does three small things well: it holds the three numbers that find your car (level, row, space), it counts down to when you need to head back so the meter does not run out on you, and it keeps a tidy record of what parking costs, for your own budget or for an expense claim.
How it is built
- No accounts, no email, no tracking cookies, no maps loaded from other companies. Fonts and the site's own code are served from this site. The public pages carry one banner ad from AdEngine, the small ad network run by WeldonPC, which sets no cookies; your spots, tickets, Cost Book and Glovebox pages carry none. See Privacy.
- Your Glovebox is opened by a private random key. We store only a one-way hash of it.
- Location is optional, used only for "Open in my maps", and erased when you are back (or after 48 hours).
- It runs by itself: there is no staff reading your entries and no one to call. Questions about the site go to WeldonPC through weldonpc.com/contact.
The name
Weldon is the family name of the person who runs WeldonPC. Park Weldon is about parking a car; it is not a park, a park guide or any government's service, and it has no connection with the public parks named Weldon Park in Kentucky, Ontario or England.
